This is OldSchool...

...in so many ways.

The animation, subjects, and shit, everything about this. It's like a newgrounds time machine or something. Reminds of of really old flash, from when newgrounds was just starting to blossom. Flash4.

This is Absolutely Beautiful

The bad first:
Shrike is a really big borrowed variation of the protagonist of FLCL.
The music and setting are reminiscent of CowBoy Bebop.
The audio that has been taken from Half Life 2 (and possibly other source games) are very evident and stick out.

The good:
The animation is superb. The quality really raises the standards for this sort of work. The heavily anime inspired characters are very eye-catching and the art style is crisp.
The music and effects used are very on point.
I am very impressed and incredibly entertained by this.

This series is a gem on Newgrounds.
It's a pleasure to watch, keep it going full steam!

Woops, i totally forgot FLCL and Cowboy Bebop invented the concepts of wacky characters and being in space, surely not the cartoons of the olden days.

The animation isn't the best in the world.

But dammit, this is inspiring and had me singing show tunes around the house.

So... POWER to the imagination, saxophones, and voices that sounds like fingers dipped in warm honey working themselves around your ear.

The quality of the animation was pretty good.

Although the characters were not of an original nature the concept layered over them was (as far as I can tell) original.

It was kind of a campy, fanservice, but there is quality in this. The animation and camera movements are very well done. I liked the quality of the work here.
